Today I have created an art journal page, inspired by Marta Lapkowska !! Yesterday I saw her new video tutorial.. and I gave it a try .. though i have very limited shades of watercolor .. but thats okay.. Neither I have Mica flake.. but that’s okay.. ( As Marta says )

I have used my handmade journal, Prima watercolor and prima water soluble pastel , soma glass glitter for texture and few collage paper from my stash and Finnabair Gold wax ..

I am in love with this page ..

Magical Shine…

Hi friends,

Today I am presenting a layout I have created for Lindy’s May Challenge !! I have used 7 Dots Studio ‘s paper for this beautiful color pallet !!

For creating the background first I have used some modeling paste then started some to add some spatters with Lindy’s spray mist !! I have embossed the 2 Crafty chipboard with Lindy’s embossing powder , here I have used double colors to bring some shading effects on the chippies !! I have made some stamping with feather stamp of 49andMartket stamp !! And made some layering !! Here I have used Wild Orchid Crafts flower !! And i have  added my favorite Cuts2luv badges !! to match up with the pictures , I have added some sequins on the layout !!

Today I am presenting a very simple n beautiful layout I have created with Black n White !! Black n white ..most elegant and challenging subject to me .. I enjoyed it and loved it ❤

Recently I bought some new stamps from 49 and Market , designed by Valerie and truly  speaking I loved them so so much !!  Here I have used bombay ink water color and 49 and market flower and the Badge I have received as my prize from White with 1 !!

Mom’s treasure ..

Hi Friends,

Today I am presenting a layout I have created on “Mother” theme !! Last Sunday was Mother’s day and I have received a bunch of gifts from my daughter !!  She will be 8 in coming July .. and she is becoming more of my friend than a daughter with each passing day !! I am enjoying each and every moment of our relationship , enjoying this lovely journey of motherhood !! My layout is just portrayal of that !! ( For certain security reasons I am restraining myself from using her photograph , I am planning to replace this photo with ours later ) ❤

I have used 7 dots studio’s Writer’s Block collection !! I have embossed the background with Hibiscus Rose Orange embossing powder !! Then added some splatters of Salt Water Taffy , Autumn Maple Crimson, Alpine Ice Rose and Sea Mint Green !! Then I have used new stamp from 49and Market , designed by Valerie !! I fussy cut them and used for layering , I am in love with these stamp set ❤ !!! I have used 49and markets flowers and last but not the least my favorite Cuts2luv badges !! I got a perfect title from 2Crafty for my layout !! ❤

Life is wonderful at beach

Hi friends,

Though summer has not started yet , but we all are eagerly waiting for summer !! Beach umbrella , flipflops , beach toys , sand castle ..can’t wait for them !!! This month Mixed Media World has beautiful summer mood-board !! I have created a beach theme layout to match with this !!

The mood board of Mixed Media World is below :-

To create the layout I have used 7 Dots Studio’s Writer Block collection !! I have used some cheese cloth, lots of art stones , Prima flowers and Cuts2luv badges !! To color my layout i have used lindy’s spray mist and some finnabair spraks paints and metallic acrylic !!  Magical Pond , Dragon’s Eye and Mermaid Sparkle from my sparks collection !! and metallic Deep Waters acrylic color !! Capture the Sunshine !!

Hi friends,

Today I am here to present my another layout on spring theme !! I just got the Hazy days collection of 7 dots studio in my hand , and I am in love with that !! 

Here I have used Prima Tropical Watercolor to create the background !! I have used some assorted flowers and Scrapiniec chipboards !! And my favorite Cuts2luv badges !! I have colored the chipboards with my watercolor brush !! Then to finish up , I have used some sequins and butterflies ( I have stamped and colored them with watercolor ) !!

Free as a bird ..

Hi friends,

Today I am here to present my art journal I have created for Scrapki challenge blog !! I loved the subject this month , book pages !!

Here I must mention , few days ago I saw an art journal of Fiona Paltridge on Frida Kahlo !! And that inspired me to create something on Frida Kahlo !! 

Here I have done the image transfer on my watercolor art journal !! I love this distress and torn look of the image , just perfect for my journal !! then I made collage of some old book pages on the journal !! ( this pages is from a Nor-wain book , sent by my crafty friend Yasmin from Norway !!

I blend the picture with my page using some acrylic and Prima watercolor pastel !! Then I have used 7dots Studio’s stencil from Hazy Days collection and some stickers from 7Dots Studio !!

Hi Friends ,

Today I am presenting a layout for 7 dots studio !! I love the subject this month , “My Favorite Things ” !! Craft n Coffee are my addiction beside that I love my freedom very much !! If there are too many conditions in anything , then I started to feel suffocated !! Routine is boring in my life , I love to break routines 🙂 !! My another favorite thing is travel by road , long drive is my most favorite thing !!

I tried to portray my true feeling through this layout !!

 

I have used Writers Block paper collection from 7 dots studio paper collection !! I have created the background with embossing ,stamping and obviously Lindy’s spray !! Recently I am in love with this earth-tone colors very much !! I have used Wild Orchid Crafts flowers and Dusty attic chipboards !! at the end added my favorite Cuts2luv badges ( just perfect for my layout ) and my all time favorite 7 dots studios sticker collection !!

Cherry Blossom ..Spring festival

Hi friends,

Today I am presenting a project I have created with spring theme !! Last year I went to see the spring festival at Washington D.C !! It was so so beautiful , I tried to create a project on that theme !!

This month Mixed Media Warriors have beautiful soft mood board !!

For this canvas ,I have used 49 and Market paper collection and their embellishments !! Created the background with Lindy’s embossing power and Lindy’s spray mist !! I have used Wild Orchid Flowers in my project ❤ !!!
